Course objectives: The Earth is undergoing an era of rapid change, understanding how the Earth is changing and the impacts of these changes for life on Earth depends on systematic analysis and interpretation of evolving data, tools and theories that are highly interdisciplinary. The objectives of this course are to develop remote sensing literacy and introduce geospatial technology to a broad student population early in their academic careers.
