The FIG program is looking for students from all departments who are UW-Seattle undergraduates with strong organizational skills and a genuine interest in working with incoming students as they face the challenges and opportunities presented to them as new students.

UW Leaders is a peer mentorship and leadership development program under ASUW. We believe that leaders are made, not born, and we strive to provide students with the resources they need to succeed at UW and beyond through a strong community, workshops, and personal/professional mentorship.
