Another School of Environmental and Forest Sciences student has been named as a recipient of a prestigious NASA fellowship that funds student research projects in the fields of Earth and planetary sciences and astrophysics.

Catherine Breen, a master’s student in SEFS, has received the fellowship to study how changing snow conditions as a result of climate change will impact wildlife populations and behavior.

Last month, it was announced that Lauren Satterfield, a Ph.D. student with SEFS, was awarded a NASA fellowship to study the roles of predators and their prey.
