About the Rooms

Reserving a Room

To reserve a room, fill out the online Room Reservation Request Form.

  • The person making the reservation is responsible for cleaning up after the group. If the room is not cleaned up, you will be held responsible.
  • Using the fireplace in the Forest Club Room requires permission prior to using the room.

You will get a confirmation or a notification of a conflict when the room reservation team has processed your request and your reservation will be posted on the web calendar.

For all other building/facilities matters, the email address is sefsbldg@uw.edu.

Faculty and staff: If you need a projector or laptop for use in a classroom, you may use our online form to set up a reservation. SEFS has five projectors.
