SEFS stoles 2024

SEFS Graduation Stoles

Stoles are optional, but many enjoy having these as part of your graduation garb, and as a remembrance. We have made arrangements with a local supplier who is providing our Stoles this year.

Anyone can wear a stole!  We are not placing limits on people needing to have any particular status (e.g. like honors, etc.). Any student can wear a stole, you need to purchase these directly from the supplier.

Ordering Information:
Go to the supplier’s website and directly order from them. Stoles will be shipped to you individually by US Mail:

Order your stole

The supplier is local, so if you prefer to pick up your stole, you can make arrangements to do that directly with them.

Deadline – Order stoles by May 28, 2025 to ensure receipt on time.

What is an Overflow Room?  And how should I explain that to my family and guests?

When we get our ticket requests finalized, we will do our best to provide every student with as many tickets as possible in Kane 130 where the live event is happening.  However, we consistently find that we simply have more tickets requested than available seats in Kane 130. SEFS is providing an Overflow Room so that we can accommodate all these requests. The Main room will hold the live event. The Overflow Room will have a simulcast on the screen.

The way to think about the need for the Overflow Room is that the day is a day of celebration, and maybe you and your family and friends go to lunch prior to the event and then go to the event – some people in the live room, some in the overflow.  After the event, reconnect at the refreshments area outside Kane Hall, or head out to dinner somewhere. Use the whole day to celebrate.  The tickets you receive will clearly indicate which are for the main room, and which are for the overflow room, so that you and your party can make decisions about who is going where.  When giving out your tickets to attendees, remember to keep one of the main room tickets for yourself!
