Undergraduate Academic Advisors in SEFS are seen by appointment only, except for when we have drop-in advising times scheduled.

For current ESRM/SBSE/BSE student advising appointment scheduling: please self-schedule your advising appointment at our advising appointment site.  Please DO NOT email sefsadv@uw.edu to schedule an appointment.

New ESRM or SBSE admits: please self-schedule your Orientation appointment by using the link found in your ESRM/SBSE admissions email; please do NOT schedule using the Academic Advising link above.  If you have misplaced the admissions email, please email sefsadv@uw.edu for a replacement link.

Monday-Thursday: 10am-4:30pm during Summer Quarter 2026; Closed Weekends and all University Holidays

Academic Quarter Breaks:  We are open for advising appointments during academic breaks; no Drop-in advising available; Closed on all University Holidays
