Undergraduate Academic Advisors in SEFS are seen by appointment only, except for when we have drop-in advising times scheduled.

For current ESRM/SBSE/BSE student advising appointment scheduling: please self-schedule your advising appointment at our advising appointment site.  Please DO NOT email sefsadv@uw.edu to schedule an appointment.

New ESRM or SBSE admits: please self-schedule your Orientation appointment by using the link found in your ESRM/SBSE admissions email; please do NOT schedule using the Academic Advising link above.  If you have misplaced the admissions email, please email sefsadv@uw.edu for a replacement link.

Prospective ESRM or SBSE Students: please self-schedule an Admissions Advising appointment instead of using one of the above links,

Drop-In Advising Times

Drop in Advising is available for current UW Students.  (non-UW students may make an admissions advising appointment via this link)

Autumn quarter 2026 Drop-in Advising Hours, from 9/30/26-12/16/26

Wednesdays 1-4pm, both in person (Anderson 108) and via Zoom.

Upon Arrival (in Anderson or Zoom), check in at the Check-In Form.  Folks are seen in the order of arrival.

Monday-Friday 10am-4:30pm; Closed Weekends and all University Holidays

Academic Quarter Breaks:  We are open for advising appointments during academic breaks; no Drop-in advising available; Closed on all University Holidays
